Project Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a specific project, taking charge of both project execution and office management duties. You’ll act as a strategic bridge between our internal and external teams, ensuring smooth workflows and bringing creative, organized solutions to daily operations.
- Project Leadership: Independently manage a designated project, taking it from initial concept through implementation with ample space for creativity and proactive thinking.
- Executive Support: Assist the CEO in daily administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office organization.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a primary liaison for the project, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external teams.
- Process Optimization: Utilize tools like MS Office and Trello to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and maintain organizational structure.
- Creative Thinker with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset and a high degree of independence.
- Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Background in Marketing or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s, ideally nearing or completing your studies).
- Passion for Digital Marketing with a solid understanding of modern marketing trends and practices.
- Tool Proficiency: Excellent skills in MS Office and experience with project management tools such as Trello and Slack.
- Multilingual: Fluent in english, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse settings.
